Virgin Islands waters... a weak tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean this morning... will continue moving west at 10 to 15 knots and pass mainly south of the local area this afternoon and tonight and then away from the local region Saturday. A 1029 mb surface high pressure system centered near 38 north 56 west this morning...will produce a gentle to moderate trade wind flow across the regional waters through at least Saturday night.
