Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 11:35 AM MST Feb. 19, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11 PM MST this
evening above 7500 feet...

* what... occasional snow showers will continue into the afternoon
with an increase in intensity late this afternoon into early
this evening. Plan for the possibility of slippery Road
conditions. Total snow accumulations by late this evening will
generally be in the 4 to 8 inch range.

* Where... galiuro and Pinaleno Mountains.

* When... until 11 PM today.

* Additional details... strong winds of 25 to 35 mph with locally
higher gusts may produce low visibilities due to blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow are likely
which will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.

on this winter storm.

Wind Advisory
Issued: 5:01 PM MST Feb. 19, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 11 PM MST this evening...

* impacts... a weather system moving through Arizona today will
cause strong west or southwest winds. Winds may cause minor
tree damage, isolated power outages, move light-weight
unsecured objects like patio furniture and create driving
difficulties for high profile vehicles.

* Timing... gusty winds will continue into this evening. Speeds
are expected to diminish below advisory levels after 11 PM
this evening.

* Winds... west to southwest winds of 25-30 mph with gusts of 40-
45 mph will continue this afternoon. Wind speeds will
gradually decrease this evening, with speeds decreasing to
less than 20 mph after 11 PM from west to east.

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or greater
