* Impacts... these temperatures will harm or kill sensitive
vegetation if steps aren't taken to protect them.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will harm or kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation. After midnight, 10 to 15 mph winds will
make outdoor protection of plants more difficult and ineffective.
Bring plants indoors if possible.

* Until further notice.
* At 2:00 PM Monday the stage was 20.9 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast, fall to 20.6 feet Tuesday morning.
* Impact, at 21.0 feet, water affects the floor of the lift station
at Market street. Water also reaches the top of the Railroad
tracks for the bnsf Railroad.

* Forecast, fall to 16.0 feet Tuesday morning.
* Impact, at 15.0 feet, lock and dam 18 is closed.

* Major flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast, fall to 18.7 feet Tuesday morning.
* Impact, at 19.0 feet, seepage behind keithsburgs levee affects
businesses on 4th street and affects Keithsburg Road at Pope
creek.
