Issued: 4:20 AM CST Nov. 14, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to
6 PM CST Thursday...

* what... snow, occasionally mixed with light freezing rain, will
develop and spread north across the area. Total snow
accumulations of 2 to 3 inches with isolated higher amounts,
along with ice accumulations of up to around one tenth of an
inch, are expected.

* Where... this will affect southwest Indiana, southeast Missouri,
western Kentucky and portions of southern Illinois east of
Interstate 57.

* When... from 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM CST Thursday.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. The
hazardous conditions may impact the commute this evening, and
will likely impact the commute Thursday morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
