* until 1015 PM EST.

* At 711 PM EST, heaviest rain had ended. However, high amounts of
runoff are still ongoing, and may lead to continued flooding and
high water concerns through this evening.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Somerset, London, Monticello, Williamsburg, Mount Vernon, Whitley
City, Boone, Science Hill, Burnside, Cains store, donaro and
bummer.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate Route. Turn around. Don't drown.
