The Flood Warning continues for
the Grand River at Grand Rapids.
* Until Wednesday evening.
* At 9:00 PM Saturday the stage was 20.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue rising to near 21.0 feet by
tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage Wednesday
morning.
* Impact, at 21.0 feet... expect moderate to major flooding in the
area, Ann street, and the city dikes. Major flooding of homes and
structures occurs upstream in Comstock Park and downstream of Grand
Rapids to Robinson township.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Grand River near Comstock Park.
* Until Saturday March 03.
* At 7:20 PM Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue rising to near 17.1 feet by
tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage Friday
evening.
* Impact, at 16.0 feet... major flooding on homes along abrigador
trail, Willow drive, riverbank street and konkle drive. In Comstock
Park and Plainfield township approximately 100 homes affected by
flooding.
* Flood history, this crest compares to a previous crest of 16.6 feet
on may 27 2004.

* Until Wednesday morning.
* At 8:00 PM Saturday the stage was 22.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue to fall below flood stage by
Tuesday evening.
* Impact, at 21.6 feet... 500 parking spaces in the alticor inc.
Parking lot are inundated and one gate into the alticor inc.
Complex is closed due to the high water. Ada river walk near
Covered Bridge and Leonard field Ball Park in Ada flooded.
* Flood history, this crest compares to a previous crest of 22.9 feet
on Apr 21 2013.

* Impact, at 18.0 feet... expect moderate flooding of commercial
buildings.

* At 8:30 PM Saturday the stage was 11.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue to fall below flood stage by
Monday early afternoon.
* Impact, at 11.0 feet... high water begins to impact home on island
below Cascade dam.
* Flood history, this crest compares to a previous crest of 11.7 feet
on Apr 19 2013.
