accumulations of up to one inch expected. Winds gusting as
high as 55 mph.
* Where... Roseau and east Marshall counties.
* When... from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 am CST Thursday.
* Additional details... areas of blowing snow will reduce the
visibility at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas.
