... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday morning...

* what... blizzard conditions possible. Winds could gust as high as
45 mph.

* Where... portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* When... from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* Additional details... areas of blowing snow could significantly
reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact
Wednesday evening travelers and possibly Thursday morning
commute. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Watch for blizzard conditions means there is a
potential for falling and/or blowing snow with strong winds and
extremely poor visibilities. This can lead to whiteout conditions
and make travel very dangerous.
