The next round of snowfall to impact the area moves into the
southern and Central Valley Friday afternoon and evening.
With the exception of less across the Devils Lake Basin A
widespread 2 to 5 inches are expected with a narrow band of 6
inches or more possible. Winds will be light again with this
system with blowing snow impacts not expected.

Wind gusts behind an Arctic front are expected to be 40 to 50 mph
Sunday creating widespread reduced visibilities across the region.
If these winds develop ground blizzard conditions will be
widespread across the area. Open country travel will be difficult
and hazardous.
