northern mountains. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph creating
patches of blowing snow.
* Where... much of northern and western New Mexico.
* When... until 5 PM MST Tuesday, with the heaviest snow expected
tonight into Tuesday.
* Additional details... travel will be very difficult to impossible
from snowpacked and icy roads and reduced visibility.

conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
