gusting as high as 40 mph. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero

* When... for the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 PM CST this
afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 PM this
afternoon to 9 am CST Friday.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions due to
drifting snow. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility at times, though the lowest visibility is expected to
be sporadic and brief. The hazardous conditions could impact the
morning commute.The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
