... Very light ice accumulations possible Tuesday morning in the
Big Country and northern Concho Valley...

Areas of light precipitation are likely to occur across west
central Texas Tuesday. This precipitation may fall as freezing
rain/drizzle and/or sleet across much of the Big Country and
northern Concho Valley Tuesday morning due to surface temperatures
potentially at or below freezing. Any ice accumulations should be
very light, at around a hundredth of an inch or less, with
bridges and overpasses most likely to be impacted. Thus, locally
hazardous travel conditions will be possible.

Temperatures are likely to rise above freezing by Tuesday
afternoon, resulting in precipitation changing to rain.
