The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for freezing rain, which is in effect from 6 am
to 6 PM CST Monday.

* What... light icing expected Monday. Significant icing possible
Monday night into Tuesday. Ice accumulation of around a tenth of
an inch expected on Monday. Ice accumulation up to one quarter
inch possible Monday night into Tuesday.

* Where... portions of central and western Wisconsin, northeast
Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

* When... from Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* Additional details... some power outages and tree damage are
possible due to the ice. Travel could be dangerous, including
during the evening commute on Monday and the morning commute on
Tuesday.
