... Winter Storm Warning in effect from midnight tonight to 7 PM
EST Thursday...

* what... heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of up to an inch, with possibly 1 to 3 inches
along and north of U.S. 60. Ice accumulations of up to one third
of an inch expected.

* Where... portions of central, south central, southwest and west
central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* When... from midnight tonight to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* Additional details... power outages and tree damage are possible
due to the ice. Travel will be slick, especially secondary roads.
