West wind 20 to 35 mph across open areas with blowing and
drifting snow.

salt and Wyoming ranges.

* When... tonight and Wednesday.

* Additional details... travel could be difficult. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
